Terms & Conditions
These terms govern use of ExpoYield, a booth visitor analytics product for event and tradeshow teams.
Last updated: May 9, 2026
Use of the service
ExpoYield provides booth visitor counting, event dashboards, team sharing, and lead conversion analytics for tradeshow and event teams.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for ensuring that users invited to a team are authorized to access the event data in that workspace.
You may not use ExpoYield to violate laws, infringe rights, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, teams, systems, or data.
Accounts and access
Users may sign in with Google or with an email and password where password accounts are enabled.
Team owners and administrators are responsible for managing team membership and access to shared event dashboards.
ExpoYield may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being used abusively, unlawfully, or in a way that risks the security or reliability of the service.
Event data
You retain responsibility for the accuracy and legality of the event data you enter, including event names, locations, visitor counts, demo counts, and scanned lead totals.
ExpoYield analytics are intended to support operational decisions. They are not a guarantee of event revenue, lead quality, or business outcome.
You should only enter data that you have the right to process and share with the users in your workspace.
Third-party services
ExpoYield may use third-party services for authentication, hosting, database operations, or infrastructure.
Google sign-in is governed by Google policies in addition to these terms. ExpoYield uses Google profile data only as described in the Privacy Policy.
MVP availability
ExpoYield is currently an MVP product and may change frequently. Features may be added, modified, limited, or removed as the product develops.
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free analytics, or permanent availability during the MVP period.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExpoYield is provided as-is without warranties of any kind.
ExpoYield is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or reliance on event analytics.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as the product evolves. Continued use of ExpoYield after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
